What's New at eWaterTek?"Bringing Advanced Water Monitoring Right to your Tap!" On June 22, 2004, eWaterTek was granted a USA Patent (#6,753,186) for water quality monitoring and transmission system. Patents have now also been secured in Canada (#2,441,243) and in Israel (#157,954), with more countries being considered. Canadian Intellectual Property Office eWaterTek Has Moved! eWaterTek is now based in Ramat Bet Shemesh, a sister town to Bet Shemesh. To learn more about this initiative, click here. Worldwide Interest There has been increasing worldwide interest to implement eWaterTek's unique water monitoring technology. Bet Shemesh, a growing Israeli city of approximately 52,000 which is conveniently situated between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, is slated to install the first eWaterTek prototype for use in the municipality. eWaterTek has also introduced a new model to detect choliform/bacteria, which is a technological break through!
eWaterTek has been approached to participate as a supplier in the Olympics in Beijing in 2008, as part of the "Green" guidelines, as outlined in the FOREWARD of The Olympic Movements Agenda 21, by Klaus TÖpfer, Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP):
